Evang, as she is fondly called, born into the family of Elder Timothy Oyakhilome has a unique music history. She started singing at age 6 in the Children's Church choir and by age 10, was not only lead singer in the children's church choir, she became the Children's choir leader, and from then onward, in her primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, led both school and fellowship choirs.Evangelist Kathy is the Director of the LoveWorld Music Ministry (LMAM) of the Believers' LoveWorld (BLW) Inc.
Isaiah Samson
Isaiah Samson is the lead keyboardists that plays in the Presidential Band, a special group of instrumentalists who minister alongside his Man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, all around the world. He is a dynamic music instructor, who holds regular training programs for individuals and choirs.Isaiah has raised several choirs and his unique mark is displayed by these choirs and evident in their strength of music delivery, dynamism and passion.
He is also a praise and worship leader with a strong voice that stands him out among the best.

Frank Edwards
Frank Edwards, a music producer, song writer and performing artiste, is a member of the Presidential Band of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. He is a multi–instrumentalist who plays the keyboard and guitars.He has a music style in the Gospel Rock genre with an electrifying stage presence. He has written and produced several songs, among which include 'Beautiful', 'Eagles Wings', 'I see Him', 'I move mountains' and so many other songs that have been indelibly imprinted in the hearts of millions all over the world.

Buchi
Born in Kaduna, Nigeria to parents of Abia State origin, Buchi's early education began in Enugu and took him through Methodist College, Uzuakoli and Federal Government College, Enugu. In 1983, he came to Lagos to study English Language and Literary Studies at the University of Lagos, obtained a BA in 1986, MA in 1988 and later same year took up an appointment to lecture at the same institution alongside a PhD programme.Buchi remained at the Department of English until 1994 when he yielded to the higher calling to propagate the gospel of Jesus through writing and singing same in the reggae genre.
In 1992, Buchi gave his life to Jesus in Christ Embassy Church and transited from nightclub to the choir of the ministry, where he has remained till date.
Buchi's first album, These Days, was released in 1999. His second album, So Beautiful, was released in 2002. The Third one, What a life!was released in 2005. In 2008, he released his fourth album, Sound of Life and in 2011, the fifth album Judah!was released. He has won several awards including the prestigious AMEN for Best in Gospel Category, FAITH, POMP and TOMA Awards for Best Artiste, Reggae Artiste and Gospel Album of the Year variously.
Married to Jane with four children, Buchi has ministered in church concerts, crusades, gospel music festivals in many countries around the world.
Buchi is an ardent listener and doer of the gospel preached by his Man of God and Pastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD and he is an ordained Deacon at his church Christ Embassy.

Sinach, an award winning songwriter, worship leader
and recording artist is a key member of the LoveWorld music team of
Christ Embassy who started singing at a very young age. However, it was
not until she met the man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, that she knew
that she was called and then began her training towards using her
talent for ministry.
For over fifteen years
Sinach has been privileged to witness, first hand, the outpouring of the
Holy Spirit and amazing miracles take place in the lives of people
while ministering in music, as her mentor Pastor Chris ministered in the
Healing School, several crusades, and conventions all over the world.
As a song writer who has
written over 200 songs and won several awards, Sinach believes in
writing from her heart and knowing what the Spirit of God is saying to
the Church. Mostly inspired by the ministry of the Word by her Pastor,
she has written songs such as Awesome God, Simply Devoted, I am ready
for Your Spirit, Shout of the King, All things are possible, Born to
win, Fire in me, More of You, No failure with God, 'This is your
Season', which won the Song of the Year award in 2008 and still
counting.
She has won several awards
through the years and among them, the prestigious LoveWorld Awards for
‘Song Writer and Vocalist of the year’. She has also won awards for her
work in providing praise and worship music material for the church in
2007, 2008 and 2009. Many of her songs are sung by several churches and
people all over the world.
As a gifted vocalist and a
worship leader, Sinach, with the LoveWorld Music team, has ministered to
millions of people all over the world in mega programs such as Night of
Bliss with Pastor Chris, Word at Work conventions with Pastor Chris,

While in the university, his casual involvement in black activism through reggae club grew more intense after listening to Oliver Thambo and the officials of ANC (African National Congress) from South Africa, during the club’s exhibition on “Apartheid in South Africa” Again, having studied the black activist literature of Dennis Bruts, Wole Soyinka, Muta Baruka and the likes, Buchi’s preoccupation with reggae music as an “outcry against oppression” became deeper. Little wonder he also became involved in one of the campus confraternities which at the time prided themselves as anti oppression movements. This preoccupation with reggae music took a new turn when his friend Ras Kimono invited him to join the team of deejays on the Floating Bukka – a reggae nightclub situated on a docked vessel on the Marina , Lagos Island .
Foremost on the list of Buchi’s strong musical influences are Eric Donaldson, Joseph Hills , Burning Spear and Frankie Paul. Lara George
is one of the classiest Nigerian gospel singer/ artist in the world
today, this multi-talented, singer, producer and music director has a
spell-binding and captivating voice, she was a member of the former KUSH
group which was one of the earliest modern Gospel music groups in
Nigeria. Lara released her first solo album in 2007 which was titled
Ijoba Orun, the single was a hit and it still enjoys a huge support and
airplay on radio stations, churches and homes. Lara George biography

Sad News: “Good Times” Actor Ben Powers (“Keith”) Passes Away At 64
We are deeply saddened to report that actor,Alton “Ben” Powers, better known as “Thelma’s” husband, “Keith Anderson” on Good Times, passed away on April 6, 2015. We do not know the exact cause of his death as of yet, but his long time friend made a public announcement a few days ago, confirming Ben’s death.
As soon as we get further details surrounding his passing, we’ll post it, but we just want to make sure that Ben Power’s legacy shines.

It’s been more than three months since Bobbi K. was found face-down and unresponsive in her bathtub and is showing no signs of improvement in her condition, Houston says.
“[Bobbi Kristina] is the same. She’s not progressing at all,” the late Whitney Houston’s mother told Kevin Frazier of Entertainment Tonight on Saturday.
Houston added that it’s “very difficult” to see her granddaughter in her current condition. However, Houston added, she’s “ready” for whatever fate her granddaughter ultimately meets.
“She’s not gone yet, but whatever the Lord decides, I’m ready for her,” Houston said. “Because I have nothing to do with that. That’s his job. It’s his territory, and I understand it.”
ENTERTAINMENT: Viola Davis To Play Harriet Tubman In HBO Biopic
Oscar-nominated actress Viola Davis will play Harriet Tubman in an HBO Films and Amblin TV production, EW has confirmed. The untitled project is based on Kate Clifford Larson’s book Bound for the Promised Land, the 2003 biographic novel on the Civil War-era abolitionist and prominent Underground Railroad worker. Deadline first reported the news.
This is the third Underground Railroad-related project in the works: WGN has a 10-episode production titled Underground helmed by Akiva Goldsman, while NBC is working on miniseries Freedom Run, produced by Stevie Wonder.

“It came alright. It was fine . We’re a family that works together for the best. You want the best for whomever or everybody we can.”
