Last minute Individual and Full Weekend Tickets for the Gospel Rising Music Festival

As well as the Full Weekend Ticket which gives you access to all 5 workshop sessions, music concerts and after parties over the whole weekend for €65. We also have individual tickets for our Friday Night Workshop, Saturday Night Concert in glór theatre and the Sunday Gospel Experience.

Friday Night Workshop - Queens Hotel – €15 Tickets on the door - Two legends of Gospel Music, Karen Gibson and Bazil Meade are coming to Gospel Rising 2015, here you will get the opportunity to learn with them together teaching in mass choir style for two glorious hours.
Saturday Night Concert – glór theatre – €10/€5 Tickets from glór Box Office - The gospel choirs attending the festival always want to get up and show us what they’ve got. This year, the hosts The Really Truly Joyful Ennis Gospel Choir, Shannon Gospel Choir, A Glór Gospel, SUSO Gospel Choir, NUI Maynooth Gospel Choir & Gardiner St Gospel Choir will all jump up on stage in glór theatre to give us a sample of the current Irish Gospel Music Scene.
Sunday Gospel Experience – €20 Tickets on the door –  Start by being part of our Gospel Mass in Ennis Cathedral followed by a large group gospel workshop with Karen Gibson.

Karen, a full time choir conductor and workshop leader, is a powerhouse of inspiration and energy. She has been involved with vocal groups and choirs for over 25 years. Founder and director of the award-winning Kingdom Choir, Karen recently has been busy as guest gospel specialist on Gareth Malone’s The Choir: Sing While You Work 2013 and winning the BBC Songs of Praise Gospel Choir of the Year 2014, with Lewes Sings Gospel, 2014 as well as contributing to a series of episodes of Songs of Praise which introduced gospel music.
Don’t forget all of these events are part of our overall festival, which includes focused workshops on solo techniques in getting started with singing solo and improving your solo performance, there are group workshops in Gospel Music in 90s and Jazz styles, composing skills, harmonising and of course big choir group sound styles!
